This is a great book if you need an extra aid for your Civ pro course. I am using it exclusive of the text required and it is shorter and more valuable than the text material. As a companion book, in addition to attending class and supplementing with the full cases now and again from the text, it is great. Highly recommended.

BUY OUTLINES FOR ALL YOUR CLASSES! THE BOOKS FOR CLASS ARE ONLY CASEBOOKS - THEY DON'T EXPLAIN THE LAW; THE OUTLINES DO! I have found this book VERY helpful. I will be purchasing a commercial outline of some sort for every class I take now. Emanuel's, specifically, is very good. I have no way of comparing this brand with others, since this is the only brand I have used, but nonetheless, I have been very pleased.
