This review assumes the reader has already read the first volume of YOUR & MY SECRET.
Poor Akira Uehara. Not only is he still stuck in Nanako Momoi's body, but his old (male) friend Senbongi is now falling for him, he's toiling away at Momoi's home cooking and cleaning and trying to keep her grandpa happy so he'll want to fix the machine and turn them back, Akira's now working as a waitress to buy parts to fix the machine, AND he's having to do both his homework and Momoi's, since she doesn't seem to have any brains for academic work (or else she just doesn't care,) and Momoi's warned Akira not to do anything intimate with anyone while in her body or else she'll do something to ruin Akira's reputation, yet Momoi feels no guilt about getting romantic with Makoto Shiina, a pretty girl at school, while in Akira's body. No wonder Akira wants to get back to his old body and life!
In this second volume, Akira, Momoi, Senbongi and Shiina go to spend a weekend at a beach in Okinawa. There Akira must fight his own feelings as he now shares a hotel room with Shiina, and lacking a swimsuit he gets dragged into shopping for and buying a very revealing bikini with her. Akira must also fight off Senbongi, who wants to go swimming with him/her. But Senbongi has similar problems when Momoi, in Akira's body, finds him/herself turned on by Senbongi!
Then, after returning home, Akira is distressed to discover that Momoi actually prefers being a guy since it gives her more freedom to act as she feels, so Akira tries to get the breast fortune-teller to change Momoi's mind. However, things don't work as planned...
Next, with Valentine's Day fast approaching, the fortune teller gives Akira a love potion that will cause the eater to fall in love with the first person he or she sees. Akira puts it into a chocolate cake she bakes with the intention of getting Momoi to fall for him/her so Momoi will do Akira's bidding. (Let's just hope Senbongi doesn't eat it first...)
Then, Shiina's older brother Katsupei comes to school. He's the new PE teacher, and he's very protective of his younger sister and warns the boys at school not to make any moves on her, much to her chagrin. Then Akira learns that Momoi had been at the Shiina house once and had left a very poor impression, flicking boogers on Katsu and breaking a special cup that was a prized possession of his. He now has it in for Momoi, not knowing it's now Akira. Akira tries to patch things up, but that only makes him more suspicious.
Finally we get a brief bonus story that acts as a sort of prequel to everything else, where we see when Momoi first came to school (when she was still a girl) and the kind of impression she made.
If you loved the first volume, this one won't disappoint.

Another twist to the gender bender comedy, Your & My Secret Vol 2 continues the hijinks of the main two characters who ended up switching not just bodies but gender. The irony of the series is that the the girl is the one with the crude and obnoxious attitude, while the boy has the gentle personality. Thus when they switch, it seems their insides finally fit their outsides. The interesting thing about this is that it could really go either way. Both could end up liking their new bodies and stay the way they are or they could also swap back. Sadly though, the story does not really lend to creating any sympathies for either character.
