Decent for a quick trip August 9, 2008

This was just enough info for a quick visit to the area. The restaurant reviews were accurate (when they say passable pasta, they mean passable, not wonderful...Cafe Roma in Cannes), but the maps could have had more detail. I picked up a brochure in our hotel lobby that was much better (the Fragonard brochure). Hotel Renoir in Cannes is a very well located hotel with a great little breakfast, by the way. It is accurately portrayed in the guide. NOTHING is reasonably priced in the French Riviera, so you just have to get over it or let the prices ruin your time there. It is what it is!
